Studio Policies & Terms of Service

General Policies

At DJNK Studio, we are committed to providing a premium, personalized experience to every client. By booking or purchasing with us, you agree to the following policies which help maintain professional standards, ensure smooth project execution, and protect both your rights and ours.

Payment & Booking Terms

  • All service packages require a 50% deposit to begin.

  • Remaining balance is due upon final approval or project delivery unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom quotes will be invoiced individually after completion of a service request form.

  • All payments are processed securely through our online portal.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of creative services, all deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of booking will forfeit the deposit.

  • Project cancellations after commencement are billed for work completed to date.

  • No refunds will be issued once a project has been finalized or files delivered.

Turnaround Time

  • Each project has its own timeline listed within the service package.

  • Timeframes begin after payment and all materials are received.

  • Delays caused by client feedback lapses may result in rescheduling or extended timelines.

Revisions & Edits

  • Most packages include 1–2 free rounds of revisions. Additional edits may incur a fee.

  • Revisions must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Major changes outside original scope will be treated as new work.

Intellectual Property

  • DJNK Studio retains rights to all design concepts not selected.

  • Final deliverables transfer to the client after full payment.

  • DJNK Studio reserves the right to showcase all completed work in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Communication

  • Primary communication will be via email unless otherwise agreed.

  • Response time is within 24–48 business hours.

  • Projects are handled Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Confidentiality

  • All client materials are kept confidential. Any NDAs can be signed upon request.

Digital Products

  • All digital product sales are final.

  • Editable/downloadable planners, templates, and products may not be resold or redistributed.

  • Please ensure compatibility with your software/device before purchase.
